Account and technical questions

Include the email address of your account, the tool you were using, and what you expected to happen. If a conversion failed, the file type and size help us find the cause.

Billing and refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle. Your receipt email from Paddle contains a link to manage or cancel your subscription. For billing questions, include your account email and the transaction ID from your receipt. The Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Privacy requests

To access, correct, export or delete your data, email us from the address on your account. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Copyright complaints

If you believe material processed through TypeOrDrop infringes your copyright, email support@typeordrop.com with a description of the work, where the material can be found, your contact details, and a statement that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for them.
